Refund policy

Every Tags Supply shirt is printed to order, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds on a correct order that you changed your mind about. Please check the size chart before you buy. If you are between sizes, size up.

If we got it wrong, we fix it. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or in the wrong size or design, email hello@tagssupply.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint and reship at no cost, or refund you in full if you prefer. You do not need to send the original back.

If you ordered the wrong size, email us within 30 days of delivery. We cannot exchange it for free, but we will send a replacement at our cost of production and shipping.

Refunds, where issued, go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before they enter production, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. Email us right away if you need to cancel.
