Shipping policy

Every Tags Supply shirt is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so nothing ships the same day.

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping inside the US takes another 3 to 5 business days by standard ground service. You will get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves the printer.

Shipping is charged at checkout based on your address. We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally yet; email hello@tagssupply.com if you want us to.

If tracking shows your package as delivered and you do not have it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email us within 7 days and we will help sort it out.

If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the reshipping cost is yours.
